Our pizza is the result of dedicated work to develop a gluten-free dough worthy of our culinary standards.
To achieve this, we worked with Neapolitan pizzaiolo Federico Guardascione, who helped develop the dough and train our team.
San Marzano tomatoes, fiordilatte, buffalo mozzarella, guanciale and pecorino remain the stars of pizzas such as La Regina, Carbonara Passion and La Campana.

Burrata pugliese with sun-dried tomato pesto, oven-baked provolone with focaccia, lasagna tradizionale with Bolognese sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan and béchamel, or oven-baked melanzane alla parmigiana.
To finish, tiramisù with mascarpone and Italian coffee, or pistachio cheesecake.
